Warehousing and Storage

We securely hold your stock in our facilities, either short term or long term. Goods can be held for as little as one month.

Picking and Packing

If orders are not sold in case quantities, no problem! Our staff can pick and pack from multiple product lines.

Order Fulfllment and Distribution

Simply provide us with the order details and delivery address, and we'll do the rest! Order can be received by email, fax, phone and post. Online e-commerce systems can also be configured to automatically provide us with the orders, as and when they are received.

UK and International Shipping

Your goods can be dispatched anywhere in the World. We hold accounts with Royal Mail, Parcelforce Worldwide, UPS, Interlink Express and TNT. Goods can also be imported back into the UK from overseas. If you have never exported before, now is a perfect time with our services doing the hard work for you.

Order and Payment Receipt Facilities

Your customers can place their orders directly with us. We can receive orders directly, either online, or via post, fax or telephone. Payments can be received on your behalf, and automatically processed.

Returns and Undelivered Items Processing

Should your customer wish to return their products, or they do not reach the receipient, we can happily handle any returned or undelivered items. Goods can be restocked, and our client notified of the return.

Assembly/Re-Packaging

We also provide an assembly service. Products can be assembled, or re-packaged by us before distribution.

Graphic/Web Design

Our team can assist you every step of the way with e-commerce. From website design, to online shops, to eBay selling, we can build and maintain your online presence. Graphic design (logos, flyers etc) can also be designed.
